Sales Engineer – France

The Company has an unparalleled record of growth over the past decade and has aggressive growth plans - particularly in France which is a major market of focus for us. We are looking for a sales professional with a first class record of achievement within a commercial and engineering sales environment.

Supporting critical key industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceutical, nuclear, oil and gas and high end fluid processing, we expect a dynamic Sales Engineer to thrive in the challenge of developing new business and grow existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • developing and maintaining a robust business plan for the territory
  • developing annual sales budgets for the territory in line with company objectives
  • growing sales and gross margin for the territory in line with company objectives
  • performing basic design and material selection evaluation and providing quotations for custom applications
  • establishing strategic business relationships with customers
  • interfacing with our UK facility and managing customer projects relating to the territory.

The ideal candidate will be located in the east of France, a degree level-qualified Mechanical Engineer with a proven sales record in an environment where high specification, engineered solutions are paramount, will preferably be from within the sealing or pumps and valves sector. A good knowledge of polymer seals would be a distinct advantage.
